Who can be adopted?

 

a) Children or adolescents with maximum 18 years old at the time of the adoption request however the legal situation;

 

b) Person more than 18 years old if she was already under custody or trusteeship of adopters;

c) More than 18 years old, under the terms of the Civil Code
